June 2008 - ASSL are awarded BS5979 Category 2 Status
ASSL are please to announce that on 12th June 2008 following extensive auditing by the Security Systems Alarms Inspection Board we were granted full BS5979 Category 2 status for the Remote Video Response Centre.  As one of only 17 Monitoring Stations in UK to have been granted this prestigious accolade by the SSAIB this now places ASSL in a unique position within the remote monitoring industry.
Central Station Manager Mark Gibson said: “Having gained the accreditation we now plan to offer third party monitoring to CCTV Installers, we are currently evaluating a second receiving platform and feel with our closed site only monitoring policy we can offer an outstanding service to third party installers”. ASSL will be contacting installers nationally in due course to outline our range of services.
